The paper entitled “Inverse range selection queries” is accepted to the 23rd International Symposium on String Processing and Information Retrieval Conference  SPIRE’2016 . You can reach the preprint from here.

Our joint study, titled “Efficient Algorithms for the Order Preserving Pattern Matching Problem”,  with Simone Faro has been accepted to AAIM’2016 conference.  

We will have the  presentation and demonstration of our accepted demo paper titled “GENCROBAT: Efficient transmission and processing of massive genomic data” at IEEE-NOMS 2016, on 26th April, 016.
